Funeral services for Leonard E. Pope, 81, Warrenton, were held Wednesday, March 21, at Pitman Funeral Home, Warrenton. Burial was at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis. Mr. Pope died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Warrenton Manor. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Pope, Warrenton; three daughters, Sharon M. Hanners, St. Charles, Pamela L. Bohrer, Springfield, and Cynthia L. Akers, Corpus Christi, Texas; one son, Scott A. Pope, St. Charles; one stepson, John J. Quirk, Warrenton; one stepdaughter, Carol A. Clark, Portageville; other relatives and friends. The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Warrenton. Funeral services for David W. House, 54, Marthasville, were held Tuesday, March 20. Burial was in the House Family Cemetery, Marthasville. Mr. House died Friday, March 16, 2012, at his home. He is survived by four brothers, Mike House, Keith House and Brian House, all of Marthasville, and Brad House, Wright City; and one sister, Cindy Black, Marthasville; stepmother, Patsy House, Marthasville; other relatives and friends. The family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
