Linus E. Westhoff 1924-2012 Linus Edward Westhoff, 87, Marthasville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at Mercy Hospital, Washington. Mr. Westhoff was born Sept. 24, 1924, in Concord Hill, the son of Albert Westhoff and wife Anna Marie, nee Sickmann. On July 9, 1949, hwas united in marriage to Victoria A. “Tookie” Mayer, in Dutzow. They celebrated 62 years of marriage. Mr. Westhoff was a salesman for Marthasville Feed. He was also a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and American Legion Daniel Boone Post 180 in Marthasville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Westhoff and wife Anna Marie, nee Sickmann; four brothers, Anthony, Andrew, Sylvester and Leo; four sisters, Leona Massmann, Bernadine Obermark, Monica Voss and Christine Hellebusch; and a son-in-law, Dale Hellmann. He is survived by his wife, Victoria A. “Tookie” Westhoff, Marthasville; three sons, Larry Westhoff and wife Janice, Eureka, Dennis Westhoff and wife Kathy, Fenton, and Michael Westhoff and wife Michelle, Washington; four daughters, Dianne Hellmann, Audrey Graham and husband Mark and Annette Hellmann and husband Kevin, all of Washington, and Lavon Kimminau and husband Dave, Lee's Summit; two brothers, Victor Westhoff and wife Jeanette, Dutzow, and Joseph Westhoff and wife Alene, Washington; two sisters, Mary Ballmann and Ann Marie Steffens, both of Washington; 21 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A funeral mass was held Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Concord Hill, with burial following at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Ignatius Catholic School in care of Martin Funeral Home, 510 East Main, Warrenton, MO 63383 are preferred. Moulder, 73, Warrenton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011. He was born Feb. 23, 1938, the son of Otto Moulder and wife Christina, nee Cook. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto Moulder and wife Christina, nee Cook. Mr. Moulder is survived by one sister, Connie Brown and husband; one nephew, Michael, St. Charles; and one niece, Christina Brown, High Ridge; other relatives and friends. He donated his body to science. Myrtle F. Smithey 1932-2012 Myrtle F. “Bunny” Smithey, 79, Warrenton, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at St. Joseph Health Center, St. Charles. Mrs. Smithey was born Sept. 11, 1932, in Texas County, Mo., the daughter of Vernon Rasor and wife Mattie, nee-Jackson. She was an owner and manager of Highlander Laundry in Warrenton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rasor and wife Mattie, nee-Jackson; two brothers, William Jackson and Clifford Starks; one sister, Margie Will; two grandchildren, Kourtney and Kassandra Kramer; and former husband, Jim Smithey. She is survived by one son, Gary Ireland and wife Jackie, Fredricktown; two daughters, Shari Savage and husband Ron, and Sheila Kramer and fiance Rob Leesman, all of Warrenton; former husband Carl Ireland, Texas County, Mo.; one foster son, Tracy Bishop, St. Louis; one foster daughter, Tiffany Hicks, Ill. state; seven grandchildren, Kammy and Adina Ireland, Scott and Bethany Benny, Austin and Chloe Kramer and Paul Evans; six great-grandchildren, Hailey, Tabytha and Baylee Benny, Jaki and Tony Wilson and Jeremy Evans; other relatives and friends. The family was served by Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Richard L. Meyer 1930-2012 Richard L. Meyer, 81, Marthasville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital. Mr. Meyer was born May 19, 1930, the son of Henry Meyer and wife Amanda Emma, nee Hasenjaeger. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from McDonnel Douglas/Boeing in 1986 as an Electrical Engineer. He was very involved in his church and was a scout master, serving on the District Scouting Committee for several years. Mr. Meyer was preceded in death by his parents Henry Meyer and wife Amanda Emma, nee Hasenjaeger. He is survived by his wife, Dianne Meyer, Marthasville; two sons, Richard Louis Meyer Jr. and wife Janey, Hazlewood, and David Charles Meyer and wife Renee, Eureka; two daughters, Rebecca Louis Meyer, High Ridge, and Cassandra Dianne Cockrell and husband Steven, Hannibal; 10 grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, Christopher, Kacie, Blake and Brett Meyer, Samantha and Scott Cockrell, Abby and Andrew Schlenter; two great grandchildren, Savanna and Skylor Meyer; other relatives and friends. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, Jan. 10, at Immanuels United Church of Christ, Holstein, with burial following at the church cemetery.
