Obituaries for Thursday, December 10 Edition James M. Hunt 1965-2009 James Michael Hunt, 44, Lake Saint Louis, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at Duke University, Durham, N.C. Mr. Hunt was born June 1, 1965, in Fayetteville, Tenn., the son of Joseph B. Hunt and wife Chloe L., nee Peterson. Mr. Hunt was employed at Starbucks as a barista. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wentzville. Mr. Hunt was a coach for soccer, basketball and T-ball teams and an avid hunter. He was a Denver Broncos fan. He loved his family and loved life. He was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip Hunt. Mr. Hunt is survived by his wife, Suzie Hunt, Lake Saint Louis; his son, Logan Hunt, Lake Saint Louis; his parents, Joseph and Chloe Hunt, Huntsville, Ala., three brothers, Lynn Hunt, Houston, Texas, Steve (Martha) Hunt, Cleveland, Tenn., and Bryan (Anna) Hunt, Concord, N.C.; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 12, from 10-11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wentzville. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jason Auringer officiating. Burial will be at a private family cemetery. Memorials to A-Second Breath or the church in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, MO 63385 are preferred. The family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Funeral services for Marie Elizabeth Fowler, 91, Wright City, were held Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Mrs. Fowler died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009. She is survived by two sons, Richard Fowler and Rick (Margie) Fowler; other relatives and many friends. The family was served by Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Funeral services for Edward J. Kieffer, 85, St. Charles, were held Monday, Dec. 7, at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis. Mr. Kieffer died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at National Health Care, St. Charles. He is survived by his wife, Jane Ikemeyer Kieffer; two sons, Terrence (Barb) Kieffer, and James (Patricia) Kieffer; two daughters, Rosann (Larry) Umhoefer, and Diane (Bill) Gossard; other relatives and many friends. The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Claire Ruth Parker, 90, Washington, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, at St. John's Mercy Hospital, Washington. Mrs. Parker is survived by two sons, Lee Paridy and wife Sharon, and Terry Paridy; other relatives and many friends. Cremation services were provided by Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Funeral services for Raymond Frank Roettger, 91, Bridgeton, were held Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Mr. Roettger died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at Gardenview Care Center, O'Fallon. He is survived by one son, James (Kay) Roettger; one daughter, Judy Webb; other relatives and many friends. The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
