Obituaries for Thursday, April 15 Edition Alta S. Lee 1920-2010 Alta S. Lee, 89, Warrenton, passed away Monday, April 12, 2010, at her home. Mrs. Lee was born Aug. 12, 1920, in Stoddard County the daughter of Hiram William Rankins and wife Rozella Mae, nee Butcher. She was a homemaker and attended Warrenton Church of God. She was God's faithful servant and prayer warrior. Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, William Rankins, Leroy Walker and Dennis Walker, and two sisters, Reva Turner and Mildred Fraley. She is survived by her husband, Edward Lee, Warrenton; one son, Robert "Butch" Lee and wife, Joan, Warrenton; two daughters, Dina McClenning and husband, Gerald, Lonedell, and Sandy Davis and husband, Dennis, Scott Depot, W.Va.; two sisters, Margie Tringl, Shell Knob, and Barbara Tedder and husband, Les, Union; one sister-in-law, Bert Walker, St. Louis; four grandsons, Billy Moore and wife, Ingrid, Kenneth Moore, Michael Pegg and wife, Cherie, and Dennis Davis II and wife, Amanda; four granddaughters, Michelle Ketcherside and husband, Dwayne, Junnietta Shough and husband, Kevin, Lisa Hale and husband, Mike, and Stephanie Crane and husband, Rodney; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 15, from 4-8 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 904 S. Highway 47, Warrenton. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 16, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Warrenton City Cemetery. Memorials to Warrenton Church of God in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126, Warrenton, MO 63383, are preferred. Charlotte Genevieve Nugent 1916-2010 Charlotte Genevieve Nugent, 94, Jonesburg, passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at St. Joseph Hospital West, Lake Saint Louis. Mrs. Nugent was born March 13, 1916, in St. Louis, the daughter of Walter Kenney and wife Genevieve, nee Sanders. On June 13, 1936, in St. Louis, she was united in marriage to Patrick Nugent. She worked in the shipping department for Lambert's Furniture in St. Louis. After the passing of her husband, she moved to the Jonesburg area to be close to her family. She was known to the grandkids as Nanny and to everyone else she was Grandma Nugent. She raised huge gardens and always canned the best pickles. Mrs. Nugent was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Patrick, in February 1980, one son, Patrick Nugent Jr., on March 13, 1993, two sisters, Helen and Katherine and one brother, Walter Kenney. She is survived by one daughter, Sherry and husband, Tony Lato, Jonesburg; four grandchildren, Sherry (Loto) and husband, Richard Corder, Mickey (Lato) and husband, Brian Williams, Patty (Lato) Runnion and Patrick Nugent III and wife, Arlana; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held Friday, April 9, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Jonesburg. Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Louis. The family was served by Harding Funeral Home, Jonesburg. Wayne Allen Lockett 1942-2010 Wayne Allen Lockett, 67, Jonesburg, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at St. Joseph Hospital, St. Charles. Mr. Lockett was born Aug. 30, 1942, in Cahokia, Ill., the son of Harold Thomas Lockett and wife Mary Francis, nee Barth. On June 6, 1969, in New Florence, he was united in marriage to Linda Hemp. He worked at Warrenton Copper, LLC in Warrenton until his retirement. He loved to fish and spend time with his family. Mr. Lockett was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Mary Alice Brooks and one brother, Bus Lockett. He is survived by his wife, Linda Lockett, Jonesburg; three sons, Jeff Lockett, Montgomery City, Richard Lockett, High Hill and Steve Lockett, Augusta, Ill.; one daughter, Julie Bichel, Quincy, Ill.; one brother, John Lockett, Cahokia, Ill.; three sisters, Cheryl Wakefield, Kansas City, and Kathy Modglin and Patty Rogers, both of Warrenton; 11 grandchildren; nieces, nephews; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held Monday, April 12, at Harding Funeral Home, Jonesburg. Burial was in Jonesburg City Cemetery. Memorials to the family in care of Harding Funeral Home, P.O. Clark, 56, Wentzville, will be held Friday, April 16, from 12:30-1 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Mr. Clark died Saturday, April 10, 2010, at St. Joseph Hospital West, Lake Saint Louis. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Clark; two sons, Melvin Clark and Matthew Clark; three daughters, Felicia Kiderlen, Melissa Clark and Rachel Creech; other relatives and many friends. The family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Funeral services for Sharon Kay Meine, 66, Wentzville, were held Monday, April 12, at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Mrs. Meine died Thursday, April 8, 2010. She is survived by her parents, Raymond and Velva Breuer; three sons, Kevin Meine and wife, Carol, Brian Meine and wife, Pam, and Eric Meine and wife, Kim; one daughter, Laura Raulerson and husband, George; other relatives and many friends. The family was served by Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Funeral services for Florence Meine, 82, Warrenton, were held Tuesday, April 13, at College United Methodist Church, Warrenton. Mrs. Meine died Thursday, April 8, 2010, at Saint Joseph Hospital West, Lake Saint Louis. She is survived by one son, Charles Meine; one daughter, Phyllis Oates and husband, Jeff; other relatives and many friends. The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Warrenton. Visitation for Andre Wyatt-EL, 41, St. Louis, will be held Friday, April 16, from 3-8 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 17, at noon at the funeral home. Mr. Wyatt died Sunday, April 11, 2010. He is survived by his mother, Erma Wyatt; his fiancee, Violet Taylor; other relatives and many friends. The family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Visitation services for Audrey Kaysinger, 84, Warrenton, will be held Thursday, April 15, from 4-8 p.m. at Lichtenberg-Martin Funeral Home, Marthasville. Mrs. Kaysinger died Thursday, April 8, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Ivan Kaysinger; four sons, Ronald Hase and wife, Mary, Thomas Hase and wife, Shirley, Wayne Kaysinger and Warren Kaysinger and wife, Rhonda; one daughter Susan Mundwiller and husband, Mike; other relatives and many friends. The family is being served by Lichtenberg-Martin Funeral Home, Marthasville. Funeral services for Mary Lee Hellebusch, 85, Wentzville, were held Tuesday, April 13, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Wentzville. Mrs. Hellebusch died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at Saint Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis. She is survived by her husband, Roy Hellebusch; three sons, Randall Hellebusch and wife, Debby, John Hellebusch and wife, Sharon, and Paul Hellebusch and wife, Heather; three daughters, Karin Sanford and husband, Robert, Peggy Gibbs and husband, Steve, and Debbie Moreland and husband, Steve; other relatives and many friends.
