1942-2010
 Jill Ileen Hamrick, 68, Warrenton, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.
 Mrs. Hamrick was born March 17, 1942, in Berwyn, Ill., the daughter of William Gebhardt and wife Lorraine, nee Rall.
 She was united in marriage to Thomas Hamrick on Nov. 21, 1987, in Harvester. They celebrated 23 years of marriage.
She worked as an administrative assistant at Monsanto, retiring in 1995.
 Mrs. Hamrick was a member of College United Methodist Church, the Women's Bible Study, United Methodist Women and Warren County Photographers in Warrenton. Her love for travel has taken her to all 50 states. She also loved gardening, canning, quilting and sewing.
 She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Hamrick is survived by her husband, Thomas Hamrick, Warrenton; three sons, Bruce Colbert and wife Janet, and Brian Colbert and wife Kathy, all of Warrenton, and David Hamrick and wife Mandy, Wentzville; four daughters, Laurel Zach, Elsberry, Lori Sprick and husband Kevin, Barb Hargrove and husband Dave, and Joanna Hoelscher and husband Gary, all of Warrenton; 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
 A memorial service was held Saturday, Dec. 11, at College United Methodist Church, Warrenton.
Memorials to United Methodist Women or Animal Welfare Association in care of Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main St., Warrenton, MO 63383 are preferred.

Larry G. Wilson
1956-2010
 Larry Glenn "Bubba" Wilson, 54, Warrenton, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
 Mr. Wilson was born Oct. 9, 1956, in Peoria, Ill., the son of Jesse James Wilson and wife Marie, nee Gibson.
 He was united in marriage to Brenda Lee Ellen Finley on Sept. 11, 1976, in Morton, Ill.
He worked at Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria, Ill., from 1974-1982. He then moved to Warrenton where he was employed at General Motors for 25 years. He was a member of the U.A.W. Local 2250.
 Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his father, Jesse.
 He is survived by his mother, Marie Wilson, Warrenton; his wife of 34 years, Brenda Wilson, Warrenton; two daughters, Jessica Sutton and husband Christopher, Warrenton, and April Kaufman and husband Charles, Vandalia; one brother, Ronald Wilson and wife Kay, Warrenton; one grandson and fishing buddy, Jesse Glenn Kaufman; other relatives and many friends.
 Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 11, at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Burial was in Arroll Cemetery in Arroll.

Joseph E. Alloway
1945-2010
Joseph Edwin Alloway, 65, Warrenton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at his home.
 Mr. Alloway was born Feb. 16, 1945, in St. Louis, the son of Joseph L. Alloway and wife Eleanore, nee Kientzy.
 He was united in marriage to Bette Lynn Sandoz on Aug. 26, 1978, at Sacred Heart Parish in Troy.
 After high school, he served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He later worked for Binkley, now SAF Holland, as a press brake operator for 22 years.
 Mr. Alloway was a member of the VFW Humphrey-Schwerdt Post 2180, Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 2341, all in Warrenton.
 He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Alloway is survived by his wife of 32 years, Bette Alloway, Warrenton; one son, John J. Alloway, Florissant; one brother, Bob Alloway and wife Jeanette, Silex; his sister-in-law, Audrey Hellebusch and husband Roland, Marthasville; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Sandoz; nieces and nephews, Lisa Frye, Kathy Alloway and Tim Alloway and wife Sherry, St. Peters, Tim Hellebusch and Greg Hellebusch, both of Marthasville; other relatives and many friends.
A funeral Mass was held Wednesday, Dec 15, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton. Burial was in Lippstadt Cemetery, Warrenton.

Lee Fox
1930-2010
 Lee Fox, 80, Warrenton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at New Florence Nursing Center.
 Mr. Fox was born May 26, 1930, in Licking, the son of Milt Fox and wife Florence Mae, nee Edwards.
 He was united in marriage to Hettie Mae Whelchel on May 30, 1958, in Hernando, Miss. They celebrated 30 years of marriage.
Mr. Fox was a machinist for Boeing in St. Louis. He was a member of the IAMAW District 837.
 He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Hettie, on Jan. 20, 1990, two brothers, Claude and Don, and one sister, Myrtle Hill.
 Mr. Fox is survived by one son, Alan Fox and wife Cindy, New Market, Ala.; one daughter, Ruth Ebbinghaus and husband Marty, Warrenton; one brother, Roy Fox, Illinois state; one sister, Dean DeWeese, Licking; five grandchildren, Eric Ebbinghaus, Emily Benson, Michelle Fox, Kayla Ebbinghaus and Jeremy Fox; four great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 20, from noon-2 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main, Warrenton. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Warrenton City Cemetery.

Nancy E. Rottmann
1927-2010
 Nancy E. Rottmann, 83, Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at St. Joseph Bluffs.
Mrs. Rottmann was born Sept. 21, 1927, the daughter of Revillo N. Hall and wife Octavia M., nee Paubel Hall. She was a lifelong resident of the central Missouri area and graduated from Marthasville High School.
She was united in marriage to Walter C. Rottmann on Dec. 18, 1948, in Marthasville.
 Mrs. Rottmann was a homemaker and the office manager for her husband's insurance business. She was involved in her children's activities including Girl Scouts, the Jay Band Boosters, the Jay Football Boosters and the American Field Services.
She was an active member of Central United Church of Christ where she served as the first woman president of the Consistory, sang in the senior choir and was a member of the women's fellowship. She was also an active member and past president of PEO, Chapter BW, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a member and past president of the Morning Music Club, a docent at the Missouri Governor's Mansion, a charter member of Meadow Lake Acres Country Club and a lifetime member of the Memorial Community Hospital Auxiliary.
 Mrs. Rottmann enjoyed reading, listening to and playing music, was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed traveling, especially to Arizona in the winter.
 She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Lee Peterson.
Mrs. Rottmann is survived by her husband of 61 years, Walter C. Rottmann; one son, Russell W. Rottmann and wife Anne, Jefferson City; one daughter, JoAnn Benne and husband Ron, Columbia; one brother, James Hall and wife Jeannie, Woodland, Calif.; one sister, Lucky Vitt and husband Jerry, Pacific; four grandchildren, Melissa Koga and husband Dwight, Chris Benne and wife Beth, Elizabeth Rottmann and Julie Rottmann; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Dec. 15, at Central United Church of Christ with the Rev. Dr. Stephen Buchholz officiating.
 Memorials to the Walter and Nancy Rottmann Scholarship Fund at Capital Region Medical Center, P.O. Box 1128, Jefferson City, MO 65102 or to Central United Church of Christ, 118 W. Ashley St., Jefferson City, MO 65101 are preferred.
 The family was served by Freeman Mortuary, Jefferson City.
 
Shirley Rae Ferguson
-1929 - 2010-
 Shirley Rae Ferguson, 80, Rogers, Ark., passed away Nov. 15, 2010, at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Ark.
 Mrs. Ferguson was born Nov. 24, 1929, in Warrenton, the daughter of Florenz H. Schowe and wife Charlotte, nee Vogt.
 She attended Warrenton public schools and worked as a cashier for A&P and Kroger grocery stores. She later owned Bride & Groom in Springdale, Ark.
Mrs. Ferguson was confirmed and married in Friedens Evangelical and Reformed Church in Warrenton. She was united in marriage to Harold H. Ferguson in 1950.
 She contributed many hours working in thrift shops, The Salvation Army and Benton County Women's Shelter. She loved making quilts, cross-stitch, needlepoint and jigsaw puzzles.
Mrs. Ferguson is survived by her husband, Harold; four daughters, Teresa Morrison and husband Ed, Gail Blech and husband Larry, Sheryl Ferguson and John Doane, and Roberta Jones and husband George; one brother, Stanley Schowe and wife Donnie; one sister, Barbara Dunn; six grandsons; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services were held at Rogers Cemetery in Rogers, Ark., Saturday, Nov. 20.
 Cremation services were provided by Epting Funeral Home, Bentonville, Ark.

Edna J. Mazanec
1936-2010
 Edna Jeanette Mazanec, 74, Jonesburg, passed away Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, at Boone County Hospital, Columbia.
 Mrs. Mazanec was born Nov. 2, 1936, in Jonesburg, the daughter of Noel B. Bolton and wife Mary E., nee Thurmond.
 Jeanette was married to John Mazanec on Feb. 4, 1961, in Jonesburg.
She was employed by Ranch Roy L Restaurant during the 1970s, Nickerson Farms in High Hill and later Montgomery Cleaners in Montgomery City.
 Mrs. Mazanec was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Mary Bolton, one sister, Ruby Ludy, and two brothers, Charles Byron and Wilford Bolton.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, John Mazanec, Jonesburg; four sons, Anthony Mazanec, Bellflower, Mark Mazanec and wife Patti, Warrenton, Gary Mazanec and wife Gail, Wentzville, and Robert Mazanec, Montgomery City; her siblings, Dorothy Polston and husband Marvin, Mexico, Mo., Margie Taylor, Leroy Bolton and wife Doris, Wilma Kemry and Dale Bolton and wife Carol, all of Jonesburg; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Fifth St., Elsberry. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Stuckey died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, at her home. She is survived by one son, David Ard and wife Pam; other relatives and many friends. The family is being served by Carter-Ricks Funeral Homes, Elsberry.
