Highway 47 in Warrenton.People who attend will receive a general overview of credit and mortgage loan options and will learn about the ability to repay a mortgage, what lenders are looking for in qualified buyers, the initial costs of buying a home, the importance of budgeting, preparing for hidden costs and what to expect at closing on the loan.NECAC
