The North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) will hold a community focus meeting to offer Warren County residents a chance to speak out on important social service issues. The community focus meeting will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, at the NECAC Warren County Service Center, 120 East Main St., Warrenton. People representing social service agencies, civic organizations, businesses, government, low-income residents and others are invited. RSVPs would be appreciated and may be made by calling Donna Sandegren, NECAC Warren County Service Coordinator, at 636-456-8191. Information compiled at the meeting will be used to identify opportunities for programs that will improve Warren County. NECAC is a 12-county area not-for-profit social service, community health and public housing community action agency. NECAC contracts with federal, state and local governments, private businesses and other not-for profit organizations to operate and administer self-sufficiency service programs for the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged population. The agency’s central administration offices are located in Bowling Green, with service centers in each county served.
