A hearing will be held later this month to revoke probation for former Warren County Assessor Wendy (Nordwald) Kozma for failure to pay restitution.
The hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 27.
Kozma has failed to make any restitution payments since July 2024, according to a Dec. 31, 2024, motion filed by Warren County Prosecuting Attorney Hannah Schweissguth Dunakey,
In October 2023, Kozma was ordered by Orange County Judge Sonya Brandt to make monthly payments of $1,200.
Kozma pleaded guilty in June 2022 to 15 felony charges of stealing from the Missouri State Assessors Association. As part of her plea, she agreed to serve four months in prison and repay more than $213,000 in lieu of a 10-year prison sentence.
