A 60-year-old Montgomery City man was ejected from his vehicle and killed in a crash on westbound Interstate 70 Tuesday night.Douglas E. Riddle was pronounced dead at St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at 9:09 p.m. at the 191-mile marker in Warren County.Riddle was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox westbound when the vehicle left the interstate and struck a concrete culvert. The vehicle overturned several times, the patrol reported, and Riddle was ejected. He was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.Fatal crash
