Crews with the Improve I-70 Warrenton to Wentzville Project will close the eastbound Interstate 70 exit ramp to Wentzville Parkway (exit 208) overnight Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12. Crews will be installing a drainage structure at the ramp. All work is weather permitting.
The ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Eastbound motorists wishing to access Wentzville Parkway can exit at David Hoekel Parkway (exit 206) and continue east on W. Pearce Boulevard/North Service Road. This is the second closure needed to complete the drainage work at this ramp. The first ramp closure occurred August 28-29.
Motorists are encouraged to pay attention in work zones, drive the posted work zone speed limit, and allow extra time for travel. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
