MACON - Weather permitting, August 22-25, permit work will be completed overnight on Interstate 70 eastbound in Warren County.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane between 2.5 miles after Warren County Route A to 0.50 before Missouri Route 47. This work will be completed between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. each night with a 16 foot width restriction in place.
Again, this work is weather dependent and could be rescheduled or delayed. For more information, contact MoDOT's Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-888-ASK MoDOT (275-6636). All roadwork is posted on the traveler information map.
MoDOT crews will also be doing culvert work on the following routes in Warren County:
Route A - Aug. 17, road closed from Pin Oak Church Road to High Street for culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Route U - Aug. 18, road closed from Westbend Drive to Smith Creek Church for culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Motorists will need to use alternate routes during these times.
