During its regular meeting on Jan. 8, the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded a resurfacing contract in Montgomery and Warren counties.
A $6.3 million contract was awarded to Emory Sapp & Sons Inc for a resurfacing project on the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 70 from 1.4 miles east of Route F in Montgomery County to east of Route MM in Warrenton.
Additional information regarding timelines and traffic impacts will be released prior to the start of construction.
