A Warren County man walked away with minor injuries Sunday, Feb. 10, after the vehicle he was driving crashed in a creek and overturned.David J. Smith, 26, Marthasville, was driving on Highway T north of the Highway D intersection when the crash occurred at 4:10 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. A preliminary crash report states Smith was driving southbound in a Ford Escape and the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road into a creek.The vehicle overturned, throwing Smith, who the highway patrol said was not wearing a seat belt. Smith was not seriously injured, and reportedly refused medical treatment at the scene.Crash
