While the medical team at Mercy Clinic Family Medicine-Marthasville may be changing somewhat, the practice is staying in Marthasville.Timothy Long, MD, wants his patients and the community to know he’s not retiring now and plans to keep practicing for a couple more years. And although two doctors in the practice are relocating, another doctor, J.B. Grimes, MD, has joined it.Addressing questions he’s recently been asked about his retirement and the practice closing, Dr. Long, said, “I appreciate the opportunity to clarify: I’m not retiring yet and the practice is staying right here. In fact, we recently added Dr. J.B. Grimes to the Marthasville team.”Grimes is an experienced family medicine physician who presently practices at Mercy Clinic Family Medicine–Warrenton. He’ll be joining Dr. Long in Marthasville two or three days each week to help meet the medical needs of the community.
