The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action. Noncritical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.W.B. Concession, temporary food stand at auction. 5/4/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Noncritical Violations: None.McDonald’s, 1003 N. Highway 47, Warrenton. 5/5/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Noncritical Violations: Food-contact surfaces sanitized, there was no sanitizer detected in wiping bucket, this was corrected on site. Hand washing cleanser availability, soap was not provided at hand wash sink in back of kitchen, was corrected on site. Dessert cooler temperature was corrected, cooks prep cooler temperature has been reduced, lids have been ordered to cover the items in the cooler to help keep temperature at proper level, until needed parts come in that will fix it.
