A Marthasville-area teen was seriously injured Saturday, March 28, in a UTV crash near Concord Hill Road.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that the 14-year-old female, whose name has not been released, was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington after the crash.
The crash occurred on Concord View Road, less than half a mile from Concord Hill Road, according to a highway patrol report. The juvenile was driving a 2012 Kubota RTV series vehicle just before 3 p.m., when she failed to negotiate a curve and struck a culvert, the highway patrol said.
The patrol said the juvenile was not wearing a seat belt or other safety device.
