The 2016 recipient of the Marthasville Chamber of Commerce Scholarship is Warrenton High School graduate Jacob Jonathan Abel.At a recent Chamber meeting, Jacob received a check for $1,000 to go toward his studies at the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he plans to major in mechanical engineering and agricultural systems management.Since 1998, the Marthasville Chamber of Commerce has awarded $34,000 in scholarships to local high school seniors.Jacob is the son of Don and Sherry Kopmann, Marthasville.Marthasville Chamber of Commerce
