A 69-year-old Marthasville man was involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of Route 94 and Highway 47 in Warren County on the evening of May 22, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The Marthasville man was traveling south on Highway 47 when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck a Mexico man, 20, traveling north on the road.
The Mexico man sustained minor injuries, according to the patrol, and was transported privately to Mercy Hospital Washington. The Marthasville man did not report any injuries.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts, according to the patrol.
