A Marthasville man, 29, was injured in a two-car accident in St. Charles County on the morning of Feb. 21, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The Marthasville man, and a 46-year-old man from St. Charles were traveling east on Interstate 64 east of Highway 94 when the Marthasville man made an improper lane change, according to the patrol.
From there, the rear left side of his vehicle struck the front right side of the St. Charles man's vehicle and the Marthasville man spun out before traveling off the left side of the road, striking a concrete traffic barrier.
The Marthasville man sustained minor injuries in the accident and was taken to Progress West Hospital via ambulance, according to the patrol.
He was wearing his seat belt in the accident.
