A Marthasville man, 19, was injured in a motorcycle accident at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 24 in Frankling County traveling on Bieker Road east of Weber Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He was traveling on Bieker Road and failed to negotiate a curve and overturned. The motorcycle then traveled off the right side of the road and struck a concrete drainage ditch and a utility pole, according to the Patrol.
The 19-year-old was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington with moderate injuries via ambulance.
According to the Patrol he was wearing a helmet during the accident.
