A Marthasville man sustained minor injuries in a crash on Highway D west of New Melle Sunday.According to the Missouri Highway Patrol preliminary report, Kenneth Ziegemeier, 25, was driving a Cadillac CTS too fast for the wet conditions after 2 a.m. and failed to negotiate a curve.The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, before Ziegemeier overcorrected the car, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, overturned and hit a pole, the patrol said.Ziegemeier was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said. He was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by St. Charles County Ambulance.Motor vehicle accident
