A Marthasville man and a Lincoln County man responsible for burglaries in three counties are in custody.Paul Bruning, 21, of Silex, and Jacob Sinclair, 18, of Coon Hollow in Marthasville, have been charged both with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, two counts of second-degree felony burglary, and two counts of stealing.According to court documents, Bruning admitted to committing burglaries in Silex and Millwood, as well as stealing a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado from Silex Central Elevator on Aug. 1. Bruning later named Sinclair as his accomplice. The men drove the stolen pickup to Cape Girardeau and abandoned it in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
