March Food Establishment Inspections

The Warren County Health Department, Office of Environmental Public Health conducts food service inspections under the authority of Warren County Ordinance No. 96-02. This ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action. Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

Wright City Middle School, 100 Bell Road, Wright City.  3/05/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: None.

Copperhead Road, 10 Wildcat Drive, Suite I-J, Wright City. 3/05/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: Food contact surface, fryer and some unused equipment needed cleaning. Non-Critical Violations: Cleaning, floors, employee restroom, and mop bucket needed cleaning. Comments: All was corrected by re-inspection.

The Outhouse Bar and Grill, 24152 Kelling Lane, Warrenton. 3/05/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: Non-food contact surfaces, inside top of microwave need to be cleaned. Was corrected on site.

Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, 905 Northeast Service Road, Warrenton. 3/17/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: Food contact surfaces, lettuce chopper needed cleaning. Non-Critical Violations: Receptacles, a trash receptacle is needed at the hand wash sink. To be corrected by re-inspection.

First Wok Restaurant, 525 Warren County Center Warrenton. 3/24/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: Identify food, all food items needed labeling and dating, to be corrected by next inspection.

Midwest Petroleum Company  #8, 7 Northeast Outer Road, Wright City. 3/24/2014. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: None.

Holly’s Café, 132 Kuhl Avenue Warrenton. 3/26/14. Routine inspection. Critical Violations: None. Non-Critical Violations: Identify food, all foods need to be dated and labeled. Receptacles, a trash receptacle is needed at the hand wash sink. To be corrected by re-inspection.
