A St. Charles County man may face charges in a one-vehicle crash Sunday, Dec. 11, near Marthasville.The Missouri Highway Patrol reported that Joshua L. Trentmann, 24, Augusta, was driving a 2009 Ford Ranger eastbound on Highway D when he swerved to avoid a deer. The pickup ran off the left side of the road then returned to the road and overturned, according to the preliminary patrol report.Trentmann, who was wearing a safety belt, was treated by Marthasville EMS at the scene for apparent minor injuries. Trentmann was taken to the Warren County Jail where he was cited by the patrol for allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to an arrest report on the patrol’s website.The 10:05 p.m. crash happened four-tenths of a mile west of Highway T.The Ranger was totaled.Crash
