Warrenton police arrested a man on two drug-related charges after finding him asleep in the drive-thru lane of Jack in the Box at 1:48 a.m. Sept. 23.The driver was identified as Jeffrey Scott Morgan, 37, of the 400 block of Woolf Road, Warrenton.He was charged with two felony counts for drug possession.According to the probable cause statement, police found Morgan asleep at the wheel with the vehicle running and in drive. Authorities seized a bag containing a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine and prescription pain pills that were identified as a controlled substance.Drug Arrest
