A Warrenton man is facing a felony drug charge after an in-car camera caught him throwing prescription pills out of a passenger window during a traffic stop.Michael Stephen Ruch, 37, of the 600 block of Johannaber Street, was charged last week with drug possession related to his arrest Feb. 7.According to the probable cause statement, Ruch was observed searching the ground following a traffic stop and was instructed to leave. As the Warrenton officer searched the area where Ruch’s vehicle was parked, he located a pill container containing a white powder and brown tablets. The officer then reviewed footage from his dash cam and saw Ruch throw the container out the window, according to the probable cause statement.Crime
