A St. Charles man was arrested Tuesday, March 21, on allegations of having sex with a girl who was 13 at the time.Antoine L. Allen, 21, is accused of first-degree statutory rape and first-degree statutory sodomy after the victim, who lives in Wright City, in January told investigators she and Allen had sex multiple times in mid-2016.Wright City police obtained a search warrant for Allen’s Snapchat social media account and viewed communications between him and the victim. The victim’s mother also showed police an allegedly incriminating text communication between the victim and Allen.Statutory rape and statutory sodomy are felony charges that can be used when a victim is less than 14 years old.Allen is in jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond. His arraignment is scheduled for March 29 at the Warren County Circuit Court.Antione Allen
