A Warrenton man has been arrested on an accusation of child abuse.
Glen Harlan is charged with endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, a felony offense, after police received a report of physical abuse last year.
Police who met with the juvenile victim in August observed bruising on the minor's face and body. The minor reportedly described being struck by Harlan.
During an interview with police, Harlan allegedly admitted to striking the minor. He has two prior probations for misdemeanor domestic assault.
