Man found guilty of performing sex acts on children

A 34-year-old man was found guilty for performing sex acts on two children in 2004 and 2005.Clinton T. Reynolds, who formerly lived in Warren County, was found guilty June 25 of three felony counts for statutory sodomy, according to Warren County Prosecutor Jenny Bartlett. Reynolds was found not guilty on a fourth count.A jury, consisting of seven women and five men, reached the verdict after deliberating for about four hours. Judge Thomas Frawley presided over the two-day trial.In May 2013, Warrenton police and the Missouri Children’s Division began an investigation into allegations made by a 11-year-old boy. He told police that Reynolds performed sex acts on him when he was between the age of three or four.During the investigation, a girl came forward and told police that he also had been touched inappropriately by Reynolds several years earlier when she was 11.The alleged sex crimes happened at a residence in the 2200 block of Pinta Drive in Warrenton, police said.Reynolds is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 19, according to court documents.Man sentenced
