A Wright City man is facing two felony charges related to the domestic disturbance in the early-morning hours on Saturday, April 18.John Reynolds, 38, of Weatherby Lane, was charged that same day with second-degree domestic assault and felonious restraint. He posted bond on Monday.Reynolds is accused of choking, kicking and punching a 20-year-old woman at a home in the 12000 block of Hemphill Drive, according to the probable cause statement. By the time deputies arrived, the couple had fled the scene in a vehicle and were later located driving on the South Service Road.When contact was made, blood was observed dripping from the woman’s nose and mouth. She also had multiple contusions and bruising to the right side of her face and had a cut to her lip, police reported.The woman also told police Reynolds refused to let her out of the vehicle and he restrained her by holding his arm against her throat, according to the probable cause statement.Man facing multiple felonies in connection to beating woman
