A Warren County man accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile female is facing a felony charge in Warren County Circuit Court. Justin L. Brewer, 18, Warrenton, is facing one count of first-degree child molestation, according to court records. No information was immediately available on the amount of Brewer's bond in the case. According to Warrenton police, on Oct. 19, 2012, an employee with the Missouri Division of Family Services requested law enforcement assistance at Daniel Boone Elementary School in reference to a hotline call. The victim, who was 10 years old at the time, reportedly stated that Brewer pinned her down on the couch at his apartment in the 700 block of Booneslick Road and simulated having sex with her. The girl also reported a second event which occurred between late September and early October when Brewer "pinned" her to a wall by placing his hands on the wall and simulated having sex with the victim. The victim also reported that Brewer touched her inappropriately during the simulated sex. Brewer was taken into custody on Oct. 23, 2012, and transported to the Warrenton Police Department for questioning. During an interview with police, Brewer stated that he had sexual urges and admitted to pinning down the victim and simulating sex with her. Warrenton Police patch
