A Warren County man is facing a felony charge stemming from an altercation with his girlfriend, police say. Last week David McAffie, 51, was charged with second-degree domestic assault stemming from the Feb. 10 incident.According to the probable cause statement, McAffie is accused of pointing a pistol at the victim’s head during the dispute and also breaking multiple phones to keep her from calling for help. When deputies arrived at the residence, located in the 29000 block of Highway J, a pistol was recovered from a stack of towels in a bedroom, they reported.Man charged for assaulting girlfriend
