A Warrenton man is facing a felony charge for shattering a window in the Warren County Jail, according to police.Michael Schwellinger, 37, of the 25000 block of South Highway 47, was charged Friday with first-degree property damage.The incident occurred Jan. 8 at approximately 10:32 p.m. Police said Schwellinger was intoxicated and had been placed in a holding cell near the book area for a 12-hour period. According to the probable cause statement, Schwellinger used a combination of his hands and head to shatter the glass window.Man arrested for shattering window in jail
