Wright City police last week arrested a 22-year-old man who was exhibiting bizarre behavior and crying on the ground at a gas station parking lot.Police said the suspect, identified as Dustin L. Garcia, was found to be in possession of heroin. Garcia, of the 26000 block of Stracks Church Road, Warrenton, was charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.According to the probable cause statement, police were dispatched to the gas station around 11:20 a.m. on June 30. Upon arrival, Garcia was crying and visibly shaking, police said. When the officer searched Garcia, he allegedly found a used syringe and capsules containing a substance that tested positive for heroin.Drug Arrest
