A Warren County man who was facing felony charges for statutory rape and various drug charges in unrelated cases pleaded guilty last week in circuit court. Stevens F. Long, 38, Warrenton, pleaded guilty to a probation violation related to a domestic assault case, a charge of statutory rape in a case involving a 16-year-old female and charges for attempting to manufacture a controlled substance and as well as attempting to manufacture an possessing a controlled substance. Long was ordered to serve concurrent six-year sentences on the probation violation and the statutory rape charge, and concurrent 10-year sentences on the drug violations, according to Prosecuting Attorney Mike Wright.
