The latest statistics from the National Highway Traffic Administration underscore the serious nature of the nation’s continuing impaired-driving epidemic.During the Labor Day weekend in 2014, there were 11 people killed and 42 seriously injured in Missouri traffic crashes involving substance-impaired drivers from Aug. 15 to Sept. 1, 2014.Drive Sober
