These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County prosecuting attorney’s office. They are awaiting trial. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court) updates.• Thomas D. Chastain, 24, Warrenton, and Devon M. Dains, 20, Wright City, are charged with receiving stolen property, a felony. Troy police reported in November they had recovered a possibly stolen Taurus .380 firearm in the possession of the two men. Chastain was arrested Feb. 5 and posted bond the next day.• Patrick R. Wilburn, 25, O’Fallon, is charged with receiving stolen property, a felony. The victim of a Wright City theft told police in March 2016 that Wilburn took an air compressor, nail gun, air hose, four vehicle wheels and two GPS systems. A police investigation indicated Wilburn allegedly sold the items at locations in Wentzville, Wright City and St. Peters.Crime
