These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• John P. Kellison, 55, O’Fallon, is charged with felony drug possession. He was arrested May 2 in the 200 block of Kerland Drive in Wright City. Police responding to a disturbance allege Kellison was found in possession of methamphetamine. He posted a $5,000 bond and has an arraignment set for May 17.• Shawn G. Nenninger, 33, is charged in two separate cases. He was arrested May 4 for allegedly stealing a 1992 Honda Civic compact car from Mickey’s Poor House in Wright City. He also is charged with stealing $750 or more, a felony, and first-degree trespassing in relation to a Jan. 19 theft of more than $1,000 of merchandise from Wal-Mart in Warrenton. He is in jail on a $5,000 bond and has an arraignment set for May 17.• Kristen Noyes, 22, and Andrew W. Prichard, 23, both of Troy, are charged with stealing $750 or more, a felony, and first-degree trespassing in relation to a Jan. 19 theft of more than $1,000 of merchandise from Wal-Mart in Warrenton. They were not in custody by press time.• David Jordan, 29, of Carlyle, Ill., is wanted for receiving stolen property, a felony. Jordan allegedly lied to the owner of Warrenton Rental to “borrow” a $1,500 Stihl saw from Warrenton Rental in November 2014 and did not return it. He has not been located at several associated addresses in Illinois.• Izeck Elbert, 19, Washington, is charged with forgery for allegedly signing a woman’s name on a check without her permission sometime in late November. The alleged victim lives in Warren County.• Lucian Howard, 51, Troy, is charged with felony drug possession after allegedly overdosing at The Relax Inn in Warrenton in August 2016. Police identified a substance found in Howard’s motel room as methamphetamine. Howard was hospitalized after the incident.• Nathan L. Neth, 34, Troy, is charged with first degree tampering with a motor vehicle after allegedly vandalizing a Wright City Police patrol car while in custody at the Warren County Jail on Dec. 1. He allegedly used his wrist restraints to put a 7-inch scratch on the vehicle that cost $547 to repair.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime
