These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Matthew L. Thomas, 53, Jonesburg, is charged with third-degree assault. He allegedly tackled and punched a person at a location on Key Road in Warren County May 28.• Rocky L. Stevens, 39, is charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He reportedly moved out of his registered address on Oaklawn Street in Warrenton in May without informing the Warren County Sheriff’s Department as required by law.• Terisa L. Ratliff, 46, John P. Kellison, 56,, Linda I. Feldmann, 59, and Ricky G. Feldmann, 53, all of Wright City, are all charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Wright City police found methamphetamine and oxycodone at their residence on Kerland Drive during a warrant search May 12.• Christopher T. Dunn, 19, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license. Methamphetamine allegedly was found on his person during a traffic stop May 10 on Highway M in Truesdale.• Michael A. Conley, 27, Winfield, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The controlled drug Diazapam allegedly was found in his possession during response to a disturbance call on West First Street North in Wright City.• Robert D. Guinn, 51, and Cathryn J. Sorden, 38, both of Jonesburg, are charged with felony drug possession, first-degree trespassing and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Methamphetamine reportedly was found in their vehicle parked on someone else’s private property on Pendleton Lost Creek Road.• Mikelos K. Williams, 25, of Springfield Gardens, N.Y., is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with damage exceeding $1,000, a felony. Williams allegedly was the driver of a semi truck that struck and damaged a utility pole on Fire Tower Road March 29.• Mark A. Staats Jr., 35, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession. Controlled drugs reportedly were found in his possession during a June 20 search at a location on the 3000 block of North Highway 47.• Steven Inzer, 55, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and driving with a revoked license, second offense. He allegedly threw a container of methamphetamine from his vehicle before stopping for a traffic stop at East Walton Street and Highway 47 Aug. 25.• Brandon J. Young, 33, Foristell, is charged with felony drug possession and resisting arrest. Methamphetamine reportedly was found in Young’s vehicle Nov. 10, 2016, after Young allegedly fled on foot from a traffic stop along Interstate 70.Compiled by Adam Rollins.CRIME
