These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Adam J. Pherigo, 28, Wright City, is charged with forgery. On Aug. 19, a male roommate at Pherigo’s residence on the 14000 block of Highway M reported Pherigo had forged a $400 check in his name and cashed it. Pherigo allegedly admitted to the forgery.• Terry France, 24, Warrenton, is charged with failure to register as a sexual offender, second offense. He allegedly registered a nonexistent address in April and was terminated from his registered employment without later notifying authorities. He was convicted of a previous failure to register charge in March.• Mary Lucrezia Long, 41, Truesdale, is charged with felony drug possession and first-degree trespassing. The charge stems from an April 10 incident at an apartment complex on Smith Street in Truesdale during which police allegedly found methamphetamine on her person.• Revell Robinson Jr., 37, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Items that tested positive for heroin were found in his vehicle during a Feb. 2 traffic stop in Truesdale.• Trudy Sims, 29, St. Louis, is charged with felony drug possession. Methamphetamine allegedly was found in her possession when she was arrested on a separate charge in August 2016 at a residence on Highway M south of Foristell.• Lacey L. Lewis, 21, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. She allegedly was found in illegal possession of a prescription drug during a May 22 traffic stop on Donna Maria Drive in Warrenton.• John A. Choate, 51, St. Charles, is charged with forgery. He allegedly gave authorities a false name and information during an April 24 traffic stop on Highway 47 at Hickory Lick Road.• David D. Archer, 21, Warrenton, and Thomas E. Archer, 22, of Leslie, are charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Items that tested positive for methamphetamine were allegedly found in their possession April 11 near Gateway Refrigeration on Quarry Road.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Local crime notes
