These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• James I. Hill Jr., 39, Kansas City, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and DWI. He was found in possession of cocaine during a traffic stop along Interstate 70 Aug. 19, 2016.• Deandre M. Brooks, 36, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found at a residence on Golden Vicary Drive in Warrenton July 19 in possession of a pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine.• Benjamin Jacquin-Loeb Jr., 21, Washington, is charged with stealing a firearm. Deputies located him while responding to a report of a firearm discharge near Mill Road and Highway N in Holstein. He said he had not fired any rounds. A gun found in his possession was reported stolen out of Wentzville.• Tifanie E. Mason, 31, St. Louis, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DWI. Mason crashed her vehicle on I-70 Aug. 13, 2016, while allegedly under the influence of narcotics.• Bradley A. Crowe, 24, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession, resisting arrest, driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested in possession of suspected methamphetamine after a vehicle pursuit July 30 on Bell and Westwoods roads in Wright City.• Phillip S. Smith, 42, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspected methamphetamine was found on his person during a July 28 traffic stop on Highway B near Garland Woods Drive. He is out of jail on a $5,000 bond. His next hearing is Sept. 6.• Daniel G. Cameron, 25, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. A metal spoon that tested positive for heroin was found on his person during a Sept. 8, 2016, traffic stop on I-70 in Foristell.• Joanie R. Berry, 41, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. While executing a search warrant at a home on Pine Forest Drive in Wright City, officers found methamphetamine along with Berry’s drivers license in a bedroom.Local crime notes
