These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates.• Brendan M. Sang, 18, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. A state trooper pulled over a vehicle Sang was riding in for speeding on Interstate 70 near Warrenton Jan. 3. The trooper detected an odor of marijuana, searched the vehicle and located 122 grams of the drug where Sang was seated. • Bryan A. Logan, 34, Wright City, faces a felony charge of driving while revoked. Logan has a history of convictions for driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license. An officer familiar with Logan identified him driving on Highway 47 in October. Logan allegedly admitted to knowing he did not have a driving privilege. He was arrested and is out of jail on a $5,000 bond. His next hearing is scheduled for March 29.• Michael T. Clarke, 24, Warrenton, is charged with third-degree domestic assault, third offense — a felony. Witnesses told police Clarke head-butted a woman during an argument Sept. 17. He has prior assault and domestic assault convictions from 2014 and 2015.• Dale E. Maloy is charged with felony drug possession. Maloy was arrested in August for an unrelated offense. His vehicle was examined by a K-9 unit which signaled the presence of narcotics. A search revealed a pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia. Maloy was convicted of felony drug distribution in Lincoln County in 2005.• Donna J. Starkey, 50, and Jane S. Nitschke, 53, both of Warrenton, are charged with felony drug possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. While responding to a reported domestic assault in May, police observed that the victims, Starkey and Nitschke, were moving and behaving erratically. They consented to a search of the residence during which police located a spoon with burn marks containing a white substance.Starkey has multiple drug-related convictions and a pending charge for theft of a controlled substance. Nitschke has a separate felony drug charge awaiting arraignment and another felony drug case pending in St. Louis County.• Roy C. Schneibel, 39, Warrenton, is charged with a third-degree domestic assault in April. It would be his third offense, making it a felony. The reported victim told police Schneibel pushed her and threatened her and her family. He has multiple prior assault and domestic assault convictions in Cole County from 2014.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime
