Collins, 31, of Foristell, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance; misdemeanor DWI, drug intoxication, prior offender; misdemeanor failure to drive within the correct lane and misdemeanor driving with a revoked or suspended license, first offense.On Jan. 23, Collins was stopped by a Missouri state trooper in the McDonald’s parking lot in Warrenton for a lane violation on westbound Interstate 70 near the 200-mile marker in Wright City, police said.The trooper noticed the smell of marijuana coming from inside the car and observed Collins behavior. Collins failed a field sobriety test, police said. The trooper searched the car and found drugs that later tested positive for heroin, the report said.Collins has a prior DWI, drug intoxication conviction from 2012.For this encounter, his bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to return to court Jan. 25.• Andrew Lee Hargrove III, 19, of Warrenton, was charged with delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, a felony; possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a felony; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and driving with a revoked or suspended license, first offense, a misdemeanor.Hargrove was pulled over by Truesdale police on Jan. 19. Police have recognized him for driving on a suspended license. A search of the car revealed drugs, a pipe and a scale.Hargrove’s bond was set at $15,000. He is in custody.
