These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Micah A. Pettit, 42, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession. Pettit was arrested April 15 on a separate misdemeanor warrant. During a search of his person, police reportedly located a number of pills and a crystal substance that tested positive as methamphetamine. He had an arraignment scheduled for April 25.• Phillip M. Martinez, 41, Montgomery City, is charged with driving while revoked, a felony. Martinez was stopped while driving on Veterans Memorial Parkway near Pendleton on June 16, 2016. Martinez has multiple previous convictions for driving while intoxicated in Boone County and Callaway County, as well as pending drug charges in Montgomery County.• James Ponder, 57, Wright City, is charged with DWI for a persistent offender, a felony, and driving with a revoked license. Ponder was pulled over on a motor scooter after leaving Taco Bell in Warrenton in August 2016. He allegedly was swerving in traffic. Ponder reportedly has two prior convictions for DWI in St. Charles County and Florissant.• Lonette Vogt-Burke, 45, Foristell, is charged with felony drug possession. While participating in a drug test for a probation and parole officer on April 18, a vial containing a crystal substance reportedly fell from Vogt-Burke’s pocket. The substance tested positive as methamphetamine. Vogt-Burke was arrested and posted a $5,000 bond.• Rhonda Chitty, 38, Foristell, is charged with felony drug possession. Police allegedly observed Chitty participate in a possible drug transaction at the Fastlane on North Highway 47 in Warrenton on April 19. After stopping her vehicle on Flora Avenue, police reportedly located multiple bags containing methamphetamine. Chitty was arrested and posted a $5,000 bond. She has a hearing scheduled May 17.Crime
