These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Jacob M. Mallicoat, 28, Warrenton, is charged with second-degree domestic assault, a felony. Warrenton police responded to the 2300 block of Donna Maria Drive April 29 for a disturbance. A woman at the address alleged that Mallicoat had choked her and pushed her into her vehicle. Police reportedly observed red marks around her neck.• Julie A. Rice, 38, Pacific, is charged with felony forgery. She allegedly cashed one or more stolen check in late 2016.• William B. Sims, 45, Warrenton, faces a number of drug-related charges, including for delivery and possession of a controlled substance, as well as unlawful possession of a firearm. He was arrested April 18 and April 27, both times in possession of methamphetamine, police allege. He also reportedly possessed a 9mm pistol, despite being prohibited from having a firearm as a convicted felon.• Joey L. Glass, 35, New Florence, is charged with three counts of second-degree assault related to a July 25, 2016, crash in which he allegedly was driving while intoxicated. A Dodge Dakota pickup truck driven by Glass reportedly traveled off the left side of Masses Creek Road and overturned, injuring three passengers.• Joana G. Perez, 34, of Parker, Colo., is charged with felony drug possession and two misdemeanor drug charges. During a traffic stop of Perez’s vehicle in Foristell, police located a digital scale that field-tested positive for cocaine, as well as a smoking device and bag reportedly containing marijuana.• David C. White, 49, Warrenton, is charged with failure to register as a sex offender, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance. White was driving a Ford truck along the 25000 block of Highway U April 17 when he allegedly fled from a sheriff’s deputy attempting to pull him over. White is required to register his address as a sex offender, but allegedly did not do so when he stopped living at his previous address on the 23000 block of Lost Creek Road. He was arrested and posted a $5,000 bond. His arraignment is set for May 17.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime
