These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Gary B. Spain II, 42, Wright City, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Unprescribed medication and hypodermic needles allegedly were found in his possession during a June 19 traffic stop near Westwoods Road and Aster Drive in Wright City. Spain is out of jail on a $5,000 bond and has a hearing set for July 19.• Rebecca R. Judd, 22, Moscow Mills, is charged with felony drug possession. The charge is related to a March 2016 crash on Interstate 70, in which Judd was believed to be under the influence of drugs while driving.• Gerald E. Jarboe Jr., 57, Dublin, Ind., is charged with felony drug possession, misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges follow a March 15 incident in which paramedics were called to the Holiday Inn in Warrenton to revive Jarboe from an alleged overdose.• Lauryn A. Heimann, 27, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was stopped outside Walmart in Warrenton on Jan. 8 during an investigation of suspicious activity. She was arrested in June, is out of jail on a $5,000 bond, and has a hearing set for Aug. 2.• Chelise M. Wallace, 48, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession, related to a June 4, 2015, medical call in which EMS personnel revived Wallace from an alleged overdose.• Cortney B. Miller, 29, Truesdale, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Heroin and cocaine allegedly were found in her possession March 23 during a search at a residence on Carrol Street in Warren County. Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime notes
