These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are in the Warren County Circuit Court unless otherwise noted.

• Paige T. Layne, 26, Wright City, is charged with stealing a credit device. She allegedly took a credit card from a home on Red Leaf Way in Wright City in May and used it multiple times over two days.

• Jeffery L. McRoberts Jr., 26, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspected cocaine was found on his person after McRoberts overdosed at a location on Mattox Lane.

• John D. Booth, 40, is charged with DWI as a persistent offender and driving with a revoked license. He was stopped by police in March while driving in Truesdale, and had a blood alcohol level of 0.120 percent. He has a court hearing Oct. 25.

• Kelsey L. O’Donnell, 23, is charged with felony drug possession and use of drug paraphernalia. A controlled substance and paraphernalia were located during a September 2016 search of O’Donnell’s residence on West Walton Drive after she reported an overdose of another person at that location.

• Dirk Becker, 46, Troy, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspected methamphetamine was found on his person during a May 1 traffic stop on the 22800 block of South Highway 47.

• Natasha D. Hunter, 39, is charged with DWI for a persistent offender and driving with a revoked license.  She was stopped May 27 on Highway 47 by the Missouri Highway Patrol after allegedly leaving the scene of a crash. She has an arraignment set for Oct. 25.
