These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are in the Warren County Circuit Court unless otherwise noted.
• Nicholas A. Porter, 39, St. Louis, is charged with second-degree domestic assault. He allegedly knocked a woman to the ground with a vehicle along Northridge Place April 17.
• Steven Finch, 27, Truesdale, is charged with stealing audio equipment valued at $1,900 from a location in Warren County in May. He tried to sell the allegedly stolen items, two mic kits and a soundboard, to another individual.
• Michael T. Brittain, 25, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident. The crash occurred at Cotton Road and North Stringtown Road.
• David J. Whitehead, 43, Truesdale, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession. Alleged methamphetamine and LSD were found during a March 28, 2016, search of his residence on South Street in Truesdale.
• Michael L. Jennings, 41, Wellsville, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Items that tested positive for methamphetamine were found in his possession during a July 18 traffic stop on Interstate 70.
• Roger L. Westfall, 58, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession. Methamphetamine was discovered in his vehicle during an Aug. 23, 2016, traffic stop on Winchester Court in Wright City.
• Kylee N. Hollinger, 23, St. Charles, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. A pipe that smelled of marijuana and half a prescription pill allegedly were found on her person during an Aug. 4 traffic stop in Truesdale.
• Crystal M. Westfall, 30, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Heroin was found in her possession during an Aug. 2 traffic stop on Highway M in Truesdale.
• Tyrell D. Duckworth, 23, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor marijuana possession. Police responding to report of an overdose Aug. 3 located him in a vehicle on Woolf Road in Warrenton. He reportedly was in possession of Alprazolam pills and marijuana.
• John E. Merritt, 33, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Items that tested positive for methamphetamine were found in his vehicle during a Sept. 6 traffic stop at Park Drive and the North Service Road in Warrenton.
• Charles Fravel, 39, Joliet, Ill., is charged with felony drug possession. Methamphetamine was found in a crashed vehicle he was driving Aug. 21 on Highway M at Pinckney Street in Truesdale.
• Micah A. Pettit, 43, Wright City, is charged with driving with a revoked license. Police observed him driving a vehicle at Wright City West Elementary School Jan. 16.
• Deanna R. Carroll, 48, Montgomery City, is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, habitual DWI and driving while revoked. She allegedly stole a vehicle from the 700 block of Second Street in Warrenton April 12 and showed signs of intoxication when she was arrested.
