These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates.• Shalisa L. Levin, 24, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Levin was arrested along with William L. Schierbaum March 4 when police executed a search warrant at the 30 block of Clarence Drive in Wright City. In Levin’s bedroom officers located a child’s toy that contained a white, powdery substance which tested positive as methamphetamine. A glass jar containing suspected marijuana was also located in the room. Levin is out of jail on a $5,000 bond and had an arraignment scheduled for March 15.• William L. Schierbaum, 47, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession, as well as possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Schierbaum was arrested along with Shalisa L. Levin March 4 when police executed a search warrant at the 30 block of Clarence Drive in Wright City. In Schierbaum’s bedroom officers located three hypodermic needles, a clear bag containing a crystal-like substance that tested positive as methamphetamine. Also located was a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana. Schierbaum is in jail on a $5,000 bond and had an arraignment scheduled for March 15.• Roger L. Stuart, 47, and Maggie Beach, 29, both of Aurora, Colo., are charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. They were pulled over in a Dodge Avenger on Interstate 70 west of Warrenton March 3. After receiving consent to search the vehicle, a state trooper located a glass pipe that field tested positive for methamphetamine, and more than $10,000 cash. The two stated they had travelled to the East Coast and were on their way back to Colorado. Stuart also was charged with driving while suspended, a misdemeanor. They are in jail on a $5,000 bond and arraignments were scheduled for March 15.• Diane A. Odom, 53, of Licking, is charged with possession of drugs at a county jail, a felony, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Odom was brought to the Warren County Jail for a separate incident March 3 and was observed via camera dropping a straw and shifting something in her pants. Deputies searched Odom and found a bag containing a white, crystal-like substance and a lighter. Odom allegedly said she was given the bag and thought it contained an opioid drug. The substance field tested positive as methamphetamine. She is out of jail on a $5,000 bond and had an arraignment scheduled March 15.• Kasie M. McGraw, 25, of Foley, is charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony drug possession. While investigating a separate crime in August, police located McGraw at the Super 7 Inn in Wright City. McGraw allegedly gave police two different false names before being identified through fingerprinting. She gave police permission to search her belonging, which included items that tested positive for methamphetamine and heroin.• Marty J. McKay, 27, of Cameron, and Jacob P. Mirth, 30, Montgomery City, are charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Their vehicle was stopped in Wright City last July for having expired license plates. McKay consented to a search of the vehicle, during which an officer located a digital scale and tin foil. Both items tested positive for methamphetamine. Mirth was arrested Feb. 20 and posted a $10,000 bond. He had a hearing scheduled for March 15.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime
