These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. They are awaiting trial. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates.•Tyler G. Lee, 46, Wright City, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. A Warren County sheriff’s deputy observed a Chevrolet truck driven in circles in a yard off Stamer Road around 2:40 a.m. Feb. 6. After stopping the vehicle, the deputy reported that the driver, identified as Lee, had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and refused a breath test. Lee allegedly admitted to drinking “two to four beers prior to the stop.” He has a prior conviction for DWI persistent offender in 2013. He has a hearing set for March 29.•Cody L. Runkles, 20, Wentzville, is charged with felony drug possession. Runkles was arrested by Foristell police on separate charges, and a plastic bag containing a crystalline substance was located in his sock while he was being booked into Warren County Jail. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine. Runkles is being held on a $10,000 bond. He has a hearing set for March 15.•Eric S. Atkins, 47, Troy, is charged with felony drug possession, driving while revoked, second offense, and DWI with prior offense. Atkins was arrested and is out of jail on a $10,000 bond. In a previous case, Atkins received probation in 2015 for felony drug possession and driving while license revoked, and pled guilty to driving while revoked in 2005. He has a hearing March 29.•Jessica N. Forsting, 26, Hazelwood, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. After being stopped while walking in the middle of Veterans Memorial Parkway Aug. 23, Forsting was arrested on a Warrenton warrant. A search of her property at the Warren County Jail reportedly uncovered five needles and two spoons with white residue that later tested positive for methamphetamine. Forsting is out of jail on a $10,000 bond. Her next hearing is March 29.•Kip R. Wilson, 26, St. Charles, is charged with felony drug possession, misdemeanor marijuana possession, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. While assisting Wilson with a disabled vehicle, a police officer smelled marijuana and Wilson allegedly admitted to having it in the vehicle. During a search, police located 20 pills identified as hydrocodone and acetaminophen, a digital scale and multiple cellphones that contained messages police said were drug-related.Crime
